Dreams again

whenever im about to fall asleep or even asleep i get songs that dont exist stuck in my head, 
this has been going on the the past 3 years
idk the cause of it or if this is normal
its nothing ive ever heard of and its not something i have to think on, sh*t just starts playing
its just so strange and ive been looking for answers on it for years and i cant find sh*t
theyre really catchy and i record them so if i ever start making music again i can recreate them
i had one stuck in my head for about 3 years though idk whats up with that one tho
i usually forget them after i wake up
that was also the first time it happened
they are similar to other songs but its oddly different
