Past

I hate when others bring up my past cause I know I did
some dumb stuff and ofc I didn't now anything Yk I didn't have 
an adult to talk to so when other adults talk to me I get bad anxiety 
or I start to breakdown a lot of people ik irl they now I will start to breakdown 
cause I get so nervous so when others bring up my past I start to cry
