Hello my sweet friend. Just checking in to see how you are.

I am doing better. My bruis is gone but my shoulderis still sore.

I have an appoint ment next week for theropy and check in.

I hope for good news to go back to work nextweek.

If they let me go to work then ill be here  on weekends only
